Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet ALL of the following conditions:
• Completely unused and in the exact same condition as received
• All original packaging intact and undamaged
• All tags still attached
• Original receipt or proof of purchase included
⚠️ Returns that do not meet every condition above will be automatically denied — no exceptions.
To start a return, contact us at admin@blezzedkidz.co.za before sending anything back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Courier Costs
🚚 Product not damaged / change of mind returns — The customer is fully responsible for arranging and covering all courier costs to return the item to us.
🚚 Damaged, defective or incorrect items — We will cover and arrange the return courier at no cost to you.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us at admin@blezzedkidz.co.za straight away with photos so we can resolve it quickly.
Damaged or defective items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos attached — claims made after 24 hours may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
• Sale items
• Gift cards
Exchanges
We do offer exchanges for a different product of equal value, provided the item meets all return conditions — unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
Please note:
• The customer is responsible for all courier costs to return the original item to us
• The customer is responsible for all courier costs to deliver the new item to them
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your exchange order will be processed within 2 business days

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you of the outcome within 2 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
